Beyonce and Jay Z's House

Beyonce and Jay Z bought this home in May 2022 for $190 million.

It was built and formerly owned by Lee Phillip Bell, a former talk show host who, with her late husband William J. Bell created several popular and long-running soap operas including "The Young and the Restless" and "The Bold and the Beautiful".

Bell is building this massive new oceanfront compound. This is just one of many properties she and her children own across Malibu and the Platinum Triangle.
