Leo Lee's House

Leo Lee is owner of Majestic Towers, a hotel group that includes the Wilshire Hotel in Koreatown. In 2011, sheriff's deputies were sent to the hotel to collect $3.5 million owed in bed taxes. In response to this, Majestic Towers filed for bankruptcy in April of that year.

Lee paid just under $4.2 million for this 8,400 sq. foot home in 2004. It is located within the Fremont Place gated community of Hancock Park.
