Leonard Harper II's house

Leonard F. Harper II was the owner and operator of Omaha Hotels, a franchisee of Holiday Inns, Hampton Inns, and other hotels in the Midwest. Harper, whose family was among the first to become Holiday Inn franchisees, starting in 1955, sold the 3,456 room company for around $100 million in 1998.
