A Light Rail Train (LRT) of the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority. It currently operates a 30.5 miles LRT system offering a 24 hour service for the cities of San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale. Trains driving in a 15 minute-intervall during most of the day, carrying 22,500 riders per day (average). This System was opened in 1987 and the current extension is on the run since 1991.
