You should learn to submit BEV URLs from LL.

1) Click "Share" when viewing BEV map and save the URL
http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&FORM=LMLTCP&cp=r83cyjj3srhy&style=b&lvl=1&tilt=-90&dir=0&alt=-1000&scene=7487406&phx=0&phy=0&phscl=1&encType=1

2) Switch to aerial view in LL and click "Share" again and copy out just the long/lat (i.e. 43.622656~13.516681)

3) Replace the cp= field with your long/lat
http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&FORM=LMLTCP&cp=43.622656~13.516681&style=b&lvl=1&tilt=-90&dir=0&alt=-1000&scene=7487406&phx=0&phy=0&phscl=1&encType=1

Then test the URL before you submit it to make sure it is correct.
