Sitting in a field is a bunch of large sarsen stones that once formed a Neolithic tomb that was demolished sometime during the 18th century. It is thought that the 21 remaining fallen stones were part of the chamber, facade, and sides of a chambered long-barrow. A small path leads from the road and into the enclosure the stones are lying in.
