It is being reported that the fashion mogul paid close to the $34M asking price for this home in early 2017.

He purchased the home from the estate of the late Lord Jacobs, a British businessman and a Liberal Democrat politician.

Lord Jacobs, whose fortune was estimated at £128m 2008, prospered with businesses including the British School of Motoring and fast food chains - Spudulike was one of his brands. Jacobs was, however, a victim of Bernie Madoff's Ponzi Scheme.
