Lucio Noto's House

Lucio A. Noto has been Managing Partner of Midstream Partners LLC since March 2001. Mr. Noto served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mobil Corporation since 1994. Mr. Noto served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mobil Oil Corporation since 1994 and 1986 respectively. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Mobil Corporation from 1993 to March 1, 1998.

Mr. Noto served as the Vice Chairman of Exxon Mobil Corporation from November 1999 to January 2001. Mr. Noto started a long career with Mobil in 1962, serving with its Italian, Japanese, Saudi Arabian and Corporate Offices.

He has been a Director of RHJ International S.A. since June 21, 2011. He serves as a Director of the Commercial Industrial Bank (Cairo). He has been a Director at Philip Morris International, Inc. since March 27, 2008 and serves as its Presiding Director. He has been a Director of Penske Automotive Group Inc. since March 2001. Mr. Noto serves as a Director of Philip Morris Companies Inc. He serves as a Director of International Advisory Council of Mitsubishi Corp. (Tokyo) and the International Advisory Council of Singapore Technologies Inc. (Temasek).

He served as a Director of Old Carco LLC since May 2009. He served as a Director of Commercial International Bank of Egypt S.A.E. until September 30, 2009. He served as a Director of Stem Cell Innovations Inc., since June 2, 2006. He served as a Director of International Business Machines Corp., the holding of IBM Credit LLC since 1995. Mr. Noto served as a Director of Mobil Corporation since 1988. He served as a Director of Mobil Oil Corporation since 1986. Mr. Noto served as a Director of Shinsei Bank Ltd., until June 25, 2008. He served as a Director of Altria Group Inc., since 1998.
