Sold for $17.64M in late 2012 to real estate investor Steve Gozini.
Previous owner was insurance mogul David Gundlach, who died in the house under suspicious circumstances in 2011.
Before that the house was owned by Tyler Alexandra Gallagher Ellis, the handbag designer daughter of Perry Ellis.
