This man at Valle de los Caídos (Valley of the Fallen) is holding the Flags of Spain under Spanish Dictator Francisco Franco from 1945 to 1977 on his left shoulder and the Falangista Flag on his right. The Falangistas the Facist ideology of Franco's rule from 1936 to 1975.

Franco's grave in in the Cathedral at the Valle de los Caídos.
