Manny Pacquiao the Filipino professional boxer and politician, actor and currently serving as a senator of the Philippines, owns this LA home. Pacquiao is regarded by many as one of the greatest professional boxers of all time. The Philippines born boxer lives here with his family when not boxing or attending to his senatorial duties in the Philippines.

As a boxer, Pacquiao is well accomplished. He is the only eight-division world champion in the history of boxing, won twelve major world titles, and was the first boxer to win the lineal championship in five different weight classes. Pacquiao is also the first boxer in history to win major world titles in flyweight, featherweight, lightweight and welterweight.

The stunning two storey Spanish style mansion, was in the news recently as on the day of Manny's fight against Adrien Broner in Las Vegas the mansion was burglarized. Though not much was taken, and insurance covered the damages, the emotional impact has been difficult for the family. Good thing the burglar didn’t break in when the boxer was home! Talk about the wrong place at the wrong time.

The property, according to some reports, was worth three million dollars at the time it was purchased. It comes complete with a pool. The interior is done in a modern style, though the exterior has a more old fashioned feel. Roomy and spacious, with lots of natural light, it’s a perfect home for the boxers growing family when they are staying in LA.

Over the course of his career, Pacquiao has earned a net worth of $220 Million, that's somewhere around $448 million (before taxes, fees etc, includes estimated) in lifetime earnings. In other words, through his wits and fists alone, Pacquiao has busted enough heads to earn nearly a quarter billion dollars and a senatorial seat in the Philippines. Talk about the American dream.
