Maria and Derek Broaddus purchased this home for $1.3M. Shortly after they moved in, they began receiving threatening letters from someone called "The Watcher". The letters claim that "The Watcher" and his family have been watching the home since the 1920s and that he will be watching the Broaddus family, even going as far as threatening the family's children.

The Broaddus' are now suing the previous owners of the home for withholding knowledge of the stalker.
