Mark Bellissimo is an influential Wellington Developer. He purchased the Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club for $25 million in 2007 with the intention of making the town even more than the winter equestrian capital of the world. Bellissimo said he is going to make the showgrounds part of a multi-million dollar, 140 acre show facility with varied year round Equestrian events. He wants to make this the " Center of The Equestrian Universe".
