Mark Sonnino is a Senior Principal and Co-Founder at Satellite Asset Management LP. He co-founded the firm in 1999. Prior to this, Mr. Sonnino was employed at Soros Fund Management LLC from 1988 through 1999, most recently as a Managing Director and Head of Research for the Arbitrage, High Yield, and Distressed Securities Department. He was a Director of Penn Traffic Co. since 1999 and AMF Bowling Worldwide Inc. since March 8, 2002.

Reportedly, a new unnamed West Coast based Facebook tycoon is thinking of buying Sonnino's townhouse.
