Mark Swartz's House

Mark Swartz was the former CFO of Tyco International. Swartz (along with former CEO Dennis Kozlowski who's home is also featured on this site) were convicted of taking bonuses of more than $600 million from the company, abusing an employee loan program, and misrepresenting the company's financial condition while selling off more than $575 million on company stock.

Swartz is currently serving an 8 1/2 to 25 year sentence.

Swartz and his wife Karen recently listed the property for sale for $25 million. They purchased the property in December 2001 for $9.5 million.
