Mark Wahlberg's Lot & Future Mansion

Mark Wahlberg purchased this site, consisting of two adjacent lots totaling 2.51 acres, in the exclusive Summit Club in Las Vegas in July 2022 for $15.6 million. The actor has not yet announced his plans for the land but will likely be where he builds his new residence, which will replace his 30,000+ square foot Beverly Hills estate that is on the market for $87.5 million as of July 31, 2022. The private community centered around an 18-hole Tom Fazio designed golf course will ultimately have about 275 residences and has attracted residents such as Bill Foley and Mark Davis, the owners of the Vegas Golden Knights and Las Vegas Raiders, respectively, singer Celine Dion, and various other celebrities and gaming and high-tech entrepreneurs.
