Mr. Hanaka served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of The Sports Authority. He was President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Staples, Inc., and director of Transworld Entertainment Corp., a leading retailer of movies, music and games. He also serves on the board of governors of the Boys and Girls Club of America.
