The University of Maryland's men's soccer team competes in the Big Ten as of 2014, formerly playing in the ACC. The Terps have won three NCAA Tournaments (1968, 2005 and 2008) and produced numerous professionals such as: A. J. DeLaGarza, Clarence Goodson, Graham Zusi, London Woodberry, Maurice Edu, Omar Gonzalez, Patrick Mullins (2012 and 2013 Hermann Trophy winner), Robbie Rogers and Taylor Twellman.
