This mansion and a huge plot of land surrounding it is hidden behind an offshore company registered in the British Virgin Islands. The general director of the company is an obscure Russian named Viktor Stogov, a member of the board of directors and co-owner of the Zubtsovsky electro-mechanical plant in the Tver region. In Soviet times, he repaired cars, and now he produces goods for housing and communal purposes (trash bins, industrial garbage containers, mailboxes, etc.).
In the official declaration the property is 414 Acres. although most of this land is presumably to the south and east of the mansion, because what is fenced in (lined in red in Thumbnail) is only about 150 acres.
