This is a gigantic 91,500sqft Mega mansion nestled in a quaint and picturesque suburb called Greenfield, located west of Moscow in the Novorizhskoye Region. It is thought to be one of the most expensive homes in Russia. The cost of the mansion is estimated at £200,000,000.

It sits on a massive property which features 15 acres of private forest, a Heli pad, Football and Tennis courts, 21,000sqft of Stables, a 3-story outbuilding with an additional 32,000sqft of living space and beautiful gardens surrounding the entire property.

The official owner of the house is listed as "Russian Federation" but there is much speculation about who the actual owner is. Obviously it is someone very wealthy and high up or well connected to the government. A development company simply called "Property-V", Which has extensive connections to elite members of the Russian government, is responsible for its construction. They refused to comment on the owner when asked by publications.

Another massive mega mansion in the area, which at one point was said to be the most expensive home in the country, is situated right next to the palace (owned by Billionaire Ziad Manasir) and it is literally dwarfed by the Palatial home.

The Suburb that the house sits in is home to many members of the Russian government and Wealthy billionaires. The homes homes in this area are very beautiful and luxurious, especially by Russian standards. The homes mainly consist of a Neogothic and Modern style of architecture.
