Spirit Airlines acquired it on June 4, 1992. Its nose was modified in 1997. It was transferred to the U.S. Navy on May 1, 1998. It is owned by the United States of America. The FAA registration database identifies the address of the owner as BLDG 0005 RM 1209 China Lake, California."
