A 110-acre property owned by Melinda Hagy, the daughter of the late Lawrence Hagy, who was an oil businessman and former mayor of Amarillo. She currently owns ranches in Texas, bought this property in $1.65m in 2005 intending to create an olive and orchard co-operation. As of 2013, the ranch, designed by the Santa Fe architect Robert T. Ritter, is on sale for $8m.
