Mercedes-Benz SL-Class R129 Convertible

Mercedes-Benz SL-Class R129 Convertible

Saratoga Springs, New York (NY), US
The R129 generation of the Mercedes-Benz SL-Class was introduced in 1989 for the 1990 model year. At first, it came in two trims, the I6-engined 300 SL and the V8-engined 500 SL. Eventually, the SL 320 replaced the US-bound 300 SL, only for I6 engines to be removed altogether from that market's offerings in 1998. A 12-cylinder option, the SL 600, was also available, and the original Pagani Zonda would then share the SL 600's engine.
