Dr. Michael Lemore is a neurosurgeon who is head of neurosurgery a the Tucson Medical Center. He is known for treating U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords after she was shot in the head in an attempted assassination by Jared Lee Loughner at a political event on January 8, 2011.
