House was formerly owned by Marion T. Martin. It was purchased in November 2015 by Alireza Moghaddam. Michael Mann lives in Los Angeles.

The house belonged to Michael Mann at the time but they never filmed any episode there. And the house doesn't belong to him since 2000. The tourist guides pretend that is a bachelor pad with only one bedroom. It's in reality a 5 bedroom house.

The house was built in 1990, Miami Vice was filmed between 1984 and 1989...
