Michaell and Peny North were a wealthy Orlando area couple. The two came into hard times when an large investment in a get-rich-quick scheme fell apart. Peny found her way into transcendentalism and and mentalism. Peny died mysteriously one day and her husband Michaell shortly after. The house was left in a trust to Peny's spiritual leader, Jach Pursel.
Pursel is selling the home for $14m.
