Millennium Point

Millennium Point is a 137-meter, 38-story skyscraper located 25-39 Battery Place, Battery Park City in Manhattan, New York. It was constructed from 1999 to 2001 and opened in February 2002. It was the silver winner of the 2001 Emporis Skyscraper Award. The tower has 113 luxury condominiums and 298-room The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park. New York's Skyscraper Museum occupies a small space on the first floor of the building. A restaurant is located on the 14th floor.
