Mitchell Rubenstein is a founder, CEO, chairman of the board and director of Hollywood Media. Mr. Rubenstein was a founder of the Sci-Fi Channel, a cable television network that was acquired from Mr. Rubenstein and Laurie Silvers by USA Network in March 1992. Mr. Rubenstein served as President of the Sci-Fi Channel from January 1989 to March 1992 and served as Co-Vice Chairman of the Sci-Fi Channel from March 1992 to March 1994.
