Mount Fitz Roy

Mount Fitz Roy is a distinct mountain located in the Southern Patagonian Ice Field in Patagonia. It was named after Robert Fitzroy, an English officer in the Royal Navy who charted large parts of the area.

The highest point on the mountain is 11,171 feet or 3,405 meters.

Mount Fitz Roy is also notable as the basis for the Patagonia Clothing logo.
