Muneer A. Satter's House

Muneer A. Satter, J.D, served as the Global Co-Head of the Principal Debt Group, Managing Director, and Global Head of the Mezzanine Group at Goldman Sachs Group, Merchant Banking Division. Mr. Satter joined GS Capital Partners in 1988 and head of Merchant Banking efforts in Europe. He was named Managing Director and Partner in 1996. Mr. Satter has played a critical role in building merchant banking franchise in Europe and global mezzanine franchise.

In 1997, he returned to New York and assumed responsibility for the Goldman Sachs Mezzanine Partners funds. He serves as Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs Gives (UK). He has been a Director of DFG Holdings Inc. since December 1998 and The Nature Conservancy since January 2006.

He serves as a Director of World Business Chicago and Diveo Broadband Networks, Inc. He served as a Director of Grupo Clarin S.A. until May 2008. He served as a Director of DFC Global Corp. since December 1998. He also served as the Director at Atkins Nutritionals Holdings, Inc.
