Nanga Parbat from Fairy Meadows National Park

The Park was named, Märchenwiese, or "fairy tale meadows" apparently by some German climbers. The locals know it as "Joot". In 1995, the Pakistani government declared it a National Park. The park is close to one of the Nanga Parbat base camps.
