Nat Faxon's house

Actor, comedian, director, and screenwriter Nat Faxon lives here. He acts frequently in films and television. He has directed episodes of "Community" as well as co-screenwriting and co-directing the films "The Way Way Back" (2013) and "Downhill" (2020) with writing partner Jim Rash. The Pair won the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay for the 2011 film "The Descendants" which starred George Clooney and was directed by Alexander Payne. Nat also voiced the animated character Elfo in the Netflix adult animated television series "Disenchantment" (2018).
