On June 2, 2009 it was announced that NCR Corp. will move its corporate headquarters and 1,250 jobs to Duluth, Ga., from Dayton, OH in spite of an offer of $31.1M from Gov. Ted Strickland to continue operations in OH. A source stated the offer came too late.
