The long barrow is located on a small patch of land in a field. The barrow is thought to have been constructed between 3950 BC - 2801 BC. The barrow is in good condition. The dolmen, full length of the barrow and the surrounding stones are all intact today.
The barrow is one of several within the area. All dolmens and barrows are protected.
