This, the latest incarnation of "New Scotland Yard", was to have been officially opened by HM Queen Elizabeth II today (23rd March 2017). Sadly, due to the terrorist event, close by on Westminster Bridge and the Houses of Parliament, the opening has been postponed. The building is being used by the Metropolitan Police and the investigation into yesterday's events are being co-ordinated here.
