Normangill Henge

Normangill Henge

Lamington, United Kingdom (GB)
Normangill is a class II Neolithic henge with two entrances. The banks and internal ditch can be clearly seen. On the south side, the terminal of one of the banks has at some point been modified to create a circular turf sheepfold.

A modern road now runs through the middle of the henge.
