NovInfo LLC "Новинфо" is a division of the Internet Research Agency which is a Russian organization engaged in political and electoral interference operations within the United States. NovInfo holds the leases for the other company divisions located at this location Lakhta-2 "Лахта-2". This new business center is owned by Dorstroytrest-M "Достройтрестст-М", a company founded in 2002 Eduard Peshkov. in 2004 Dorstroytrest-M acted as one of six contributors to the election campaign of Vladimir Putin. Concord Management and Consulting LLC, the financing source for the Internet Research Agency and owned by Yevgeny Prigozhin, Russian Oligarch indicted by U.S. and known as
'‘Putin’s Cook", maintained an interference operation that it referred to as “Project Lakhta.” Project Lakhta had multiple components, some involving domestic audiences within the Russian Federation and others targeting foreign audiences in various countries, including the United States.
