Oren Shaffer's house

Oren G. Shaffer is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Qwest Communications International Inc., the large communications provider, from 2002 to 2007.

Prior to joining Qwest, Mr. Shaffer was President and Chief Operating Officer of Sorrento Networks, a maker of optical products, beginning in 2000. From 1994 to 1999, he was Chief Financial Officer of Ameritech Corporation, a telecommunications provider that was acquired by SBC Communications Inc. in 1999. Mr. Shaffer also serves as a director of Belgacom SA and Intermec, Inc.
