Papa Kayjoe's Bar-B-Que

Papa Kayjoe's Bar-B-Que (StreetView)
Papa Kayjoes has the necessary earmarks to attract my attention - pile of Hickory - smoke house/pit outback - odd assortment of vehicles in the parking lot - and an air of "barbecueness"
The pork was sweet, smoky, tender - didn't need sauce (though I tried the Mild , the Hot, and the Sweet - all good). I ate the Southern Way Special - a bargain at $5.99 - corn cakes (hoe cakes) with a mound of barbecue and white beans (or Baked beans). The corn cakes were excellent, the Barbecue sublime and the white beans (with a slice of onion) topped it off nicely. Papa Kayjoes a keeper.
