Jay Baruchel's character, Pat Hoolihan, from the 2012 movie "Goon" lived in this house. Pat is the best friend of Seann William Scott's character, hockey player Doug "the Thug" Glatt. Baruchel was also the co-writer of the movie's screenplay.
The car and pop-up camper in the driveway of the Google Street View photo also appear in the movie.
