Paul Allen's Estate

Paul Allen is an American industrialist who co-founded Microsoft with Bill Gates and is one of the wealthiest people in the world with a personal wealth of US$13.5 billion as of 2010.

In 1997 Allen purchased this 120 acre property from Baroness Julie Dorothea Baronin von Bodenhausen. The property, when originally developed in the 1920s, was a much smaller 45 acres and included a Wallace Neff designed house. In 2000, Allen demolished the house.
