This is the former beach house of Peter Loftin, the current owner of Gianni Versace's mansion in South Beach which was turned into the ultra-exclusive member's only club Casa Casuarina. He purchased this property in December 1999 for $2.9m then sold it in August 2006 after his divorce for $7m.
