Peter McNulty is an attorney and founder of The McNulty Law Firm which specializes in the preparation and trial of catastrophic personal injury actions and complicated commercial actions with a special emphasis in Class Action/Mass Tort Litigation. The firm has also represented numerous Asian corporations and high net worth individuals in complex business litigation in the United States and Hong Kong. The McNulty Law Firm has also represented Nevada Energy Company in energy related litigation against El Paso, Dynegy, Sempra and the Colorado River Commission. Mr. McNulty’s individual verdicts and settlements total, not including class actions, in excess of $375 Million U.S. Dollars. He has tried over 100 cases to verdict and is currently involved in multiple nationwide class actions involving medical devices and pharmaceutical products such as Accutane, Intra-Ocular Lenses and AMO. Mr. McNulty is also co-lead counsel and a member of the Plaintiffs’ steering committee in class action cases involving VW/Audi and UPS.
