Phillip Gross' House

He is CEO of Adage Capital, a $35B hedge fund based in Boston, that only takes performance fees for outperforming a benchmark, like the S&P500, making it the most fair hedge fund compensation-wise in the business.

They have trailed the S&P 500 just a handful of times since inception in 2001.

He takes a Peter Pan bus to his Cape Cod home on the weekends and drives a Nissan Altima.

Mr. Gross previously was a Healthcare and Retail Analyst, Equity Research Director, and Partner at the Harvard Management Co., Inc. for eighteen years. He has also been the Founder and Treasurer at Strategic Grant Partners. Mr. Gross completed his BBA and MS in Finance and Investments from University of Wisconsin- Madison.
