This site was *completely* destroyed in 2011 and an upscale housing development was placed on the land. The launcher site, along with all buildings and berms, was leveled and the magazines were broken open and their concrete excavated and removed. No trace of this site now remains.

While the launch site itself was completely destroyed, the control room still exists behind a well hidden door in the woods of Oak Hollow Park.

The Night missile launch site is gone and there is a housing complex there but..... in the summertime people's grass is growing in orange and gray which I find very amusing ....especially two of the four houses that were built directly over the missile storage sites. my father was a missile master at Oakdale and this was one of the bases he was in charge of !!! I knew this site and the launch control across the turnpike like the back of my hand !!! It's funny to me now that the Army would let me roam the bases with free will as a 10 to 14 year old !!! My Dad was once the Warrant Officer at this site. We lived down the road abt 2 miles in one of 16 identical houses. I was 10-11 years old, I'm 60 now. Played in the woods at the bottom of the hill; great memories. June 69-Jan 71.

I also lived in one of the houses down the road. Would love to find an old pic of these houses as I have none.
