Actually that was house number one. Bruce built it in 1970 and it doubled as a sales office when he built the development *The Villages* at Lake Palestine. There were several other *spec* houses that were designed by Goff and built a little later. Bruce had Goff design another house for him in the development and moved there. Sadly it burned to the ground many years ago. I owned the pictured house from 2000 to 2005. That was my third house in The Villages. Lived there off and on since 1978. Been gone since 05 and no regrets. Place has changed for the worst. Timeshare hellhole.
