Portico Dii Consentes was a Roman portico of marble and composite material located in Forum Romanum in central Rome. The portico was re-erected in 1835.

It was rebult in 367 AD by the Romans and housed twelve recessed rooms where it is believed the judicial clerks of the Capitoline Assent held their offices.
