I think it is a South African Airways plane. I remember about 8 years or so ago they painted their plane sort of like that. i may be wrong.

It is South African Airways - I've flown on this plane. It was given this livery to celebrate the "Rainbow Nation". South Africa is a country of many different ethnic groups and has 11 official languages.
