The Grammy Award-winning R&B and pop singer, songwriter and record producer, lives here. The southside Chicago native built a guard shack at the gate of the 11,140 sq ft mansion and grounds back in 2007 and was forced to tear it down. A subsequent lawsuit was filed, which he later dropped, all in the name of being a good neighbor.
