Walt Disney World Speedway is a racing facility located in Bay Lake, Florida on the grounds of the Walt Disney World resort, near Orlando. It was built in 1995 by IMS Events, Inc. a subsidiary of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Corporation, primarily as a venue for the Indy 200 at Walt Disney World, an Indy Racing League event.

The red markings on the track tell me this is a driving school using a car painted like NASCAR'S #8 Budweiser sponsored Dale Earnhardt, Jr. car. The markings show a new driver the preferred path around the track. Great catch, kjfitz!

If you move around the track in the same view direction, you can see what is IMHO likely the same car two more times. It can also be seen in at least one other view in the pits. (Assuming it's all the same car which, while most likely IMHO, is but no means certain.)
